Cheaper does NOT mean better

Quick story that just happened.

Customer has a 01 Cavalier and wants to install a stereo.

  1. He needs a very special wire harness, so he calls ALL around town.
  2. ENORMIS Quality Price $89.99. Competitor sells a cheap part for $20 less.
  3. Customer goes to ENORMIS competitor.
  4. Customer ends up with a car that now WON’T Start
  5. Customer calls ENORMIS and says, “my car is dead after I tried installing that cheaper part in my car, can you fix my car?”
  6. ENORMIS asks customer, “why don’t you go back to where you bought it from?”
  7. Customer says, “Well ENORMIS is more REPUTABLE!”
  8. ENORMIS Fixes car, customers takes back cheap part, customer buys high quality part from ENORMIS!
